Profession, state, and expiration date. The requirements load automatically, with the board's page linked so you can check them yourself.
Snap the certificate
Photograph it or import the PDF. LicenseKept reads the provider, date, hours, and category, and files it against every license it satisfies. You confirm on one screen.

What we do and don't do with your data
On device, in your iCloud
Licenses, credits, and certificates are stored on your phone and synced through your own iCloud account. We don't run a database of your records.
Certificates are read, not kept
When you snap a certificate, the image is sent once to extract the text and is not stored on our side.

Requirement summaries are provided for convenience and cite their source. Confirm with your licensing board before you rely on them.
Questions
Which professions and states at launch?
Physicians (MD and DO) in all 50 states and DC, nurse practitioners and registered nurses in all 50 states, attorneys in every mandatory-CLE jurisdiction, and CPAs in all NASBA jurisdictions. Pharmacists, dentists, engineers, and social workers are next; the waitlist decides the order.
When does it launch?
TestFlight invitations go to the waitlist first, in late 2026. App Store release is planned for early 2027. Android follows once the iPhone app is established.
Does it work for licenses in more than one state?
Yes, that is the reason it exists. Each license keeps its own cycle and requirements, and a single course can be assigned to every license it counts toward.
Where do the requirements come from?
From the state board, bar, or accountancy board's own published rules. Every requirement in the app links to that page and shows the date we last verified it. If we couldn't confirm something at a primary source, the app says "verify with your board" instead of guessing.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays on your phone and in your iCloud. You can export a full copy (JSON plus a zip of your certificates) or delete everything from Settings at any time.
Will my practice or firm be able to buy it for a group?
A practice plan with an admin dashboard is planned after launch. Choose "3 or more" states or note it in your reply to the welcome email and we'll reach out when it's ready.
